FATIGUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Fatigue Management System is developed in order to limit the amount of work of your staff is able to perform in a period of time so that they didn’t push themselves to fail. This is significant as a fatigued staff would not only cause an operation to a halt, they might even cost irreversible damage to themselves, the other co-workers and ultimately to the company’s own property. Managing a staff that might work themselves to fail is important for the safety of everyone in the premise. FMS is designed to create a flexible operation environment in which potential fatigue risks can be highlighted and managed process where operators anticipate and address fatigue risks and amend their systems accordingly to ensure fatigue risk is managed.SYSTEM FEATURES
Every entry gate/turnstile has a workstation with a display monitor and the Fatigue Management Client System. It will display the name and number of working hours/days at that time after badging the card.
Display System
- Real Time Display to show each transaction record with accumulative number of consecutive working days/hours at entrance gate.
- Real Time Transaction list to show current fatigue transaction record for security to refer in case of Access Control Card is blocked.
- Green: Normal, Yellow: 1Day before fatigue, Red: Denied entry due to fatigue.
Access Card
- Automatically disable card if working days/hours are more than fatigue setting number
- Automatically enable card after not working for 24 hours (Rest Day)
Report
- Summary number of staff/contractors that over fatigue limit
- List of cardholder with total accumulative working days/hours by company, time date
- List of disable cardholder name due to fatigue
