WHAT IS INFRINGEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS)?
Infringement Management System is a system developed by our company to help you regulate the lawbreakers currently present in your workspace. Perhaps they couldn’t be expunged from your company due to their past misdemeanour, but with this system, you are able to keep them in check of their past behaviour and whether they kept repeating the same mistakes. This system can also help you bar those who infringe the rules and regulation from entering your premise as per period that was imposed on them. This system is developed with the aim to help you manage your operations in a healthy, safe and environmentally responsible setting. Our system will disable the cardholders who are currently in punishment due to infringement. The punishment can be for a period of time, or a permanent disable from entering the plant.Benefits of IMS
Record history of past infringement
This record can also be used to either discipline the repetitive mischievous staff and even as a justification on further harsher penalty.
Color coded for ease monitoring
The punished staff should already be disallowed from entering the premise will be highlighted with a different colour in order to inform the security team, the management and even those who are currently working in the plant to be attentive of the infringed staff.
Hard to bypass administration
The security at the outpost should already be able to distinguish the ones who are barred and those who aren’t. The door access would already block those who are barred from entering and the information being displayed.
Easy and secure management
If the punishment is already set by the administrators unto the system, those with lower levels access couldn’t change the staff’s accessibility.
