TAMS-Mobile is an application that was developed by PRYMAX TECHNOLOGIES to ease the client to perform various matters related to human resource management especially in managing the attendance. This app is specially developed for users who work outside the office and employees who work from home. In addition, it can access the user GPS function from the mobile phone and then send the location data to the TAMS system. This app will display the employees' information based on the TAMS system. In the system, it will update the employees' attendance status whether the employees were present, absent, late, go back early, late and go back early and leave.

TAMS-Mobile is owned and operated by PRYMAX TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD. The app can be downloaded at Google Play Store, Apple App Store. The personal information collected is in line with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).

PRYMAX TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD understands that the Privacy Policy is important and takes your privacy seriously. Accordingly, this room will provide more information about this privacy policy and this policy will be constantly updated. Any suggestions or questions related to the privacy policy of this Application are very welcome and can be channeled directly through our website.

INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We will not disseminate user-identifying information to any party or public agency. We will share personally identifiable information to any public party or agency when; Get permission to do so. Required to do so by court order or legal process; or PRYMAX TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD finds that the actions of users of this Application violate any applicable usage guidelines, rules or other applicable terms and conditions and/or additions, or specific terms of service.

This application will not record the user's Personal Data except with the permission and provided voluntarily by the user. The information provided by the user is used for the purpose of monitoring and enforcement control by the authorities in updating the user presence information. This information is not shared with other organizations for other purposes unless specifically stated.

INFORMATION OBTAINED

• User location data will only be recorded when permission to access user location via smart device is granted.
• The Application collects Personal Data from the user or related to the user based on the purpose (depending on the use of the Application functions/modules used by the user). Personal Data that is usually collected is as follows:



User Registration

• i. Username or NRIC
• ii. Password



Check-in

• i. Name
• iv. Location

• Location: To determine the location of the current user using the module based on the location in this application.
• Phone: To allow the application to review data in TAMS Personal Records. To enable the application to update employee attendance as well as related functions

The personal data collected will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above, unless required to comply with any legal obligation.Personal data collected will not be disclosed to any third party or transferred to a location outside Malaysia for commercial purposes.

EFFECTS IF PERSONAL DATA IS NOT PERMITTED

If the Personal Data provided is insufficient or unsatisfactory, then the user's application or request for any of the above purposes may not be accepted or action taken or the use of the services offered by the Application may be rejected or affected

DATA SECURITY

The app implements security features that comply with global standards to protect the confidentiality and security of user information. Data in transit is encrypted and rest data is stored in a server with high security features.
